The Syracuse Northeast Community Center, a member of the CNY Digital Inclusion Coalition, has started a program called CNY Digital Empowerment for residents of the City of Syracuse. Four Digital Navigators and the Digital Empowerment Manager provide many services including training, technical assistance, connections to subsidies, devices, and referrals for other essential services.
This is a pilot program with funding provided by the City of Syracuse.
